The Problem We Lived
In 2025, our founders were running a portfolio of independent hotels. Every week, they were logging into six different platforms — a PMS, a channel manager, a pricing tool, a reputation tracker, an OTA ad dashboard, and a maintenance system — none of which talked to each other.
Revenue decisions were made in spreadsheets. Guest reviews went unresponded for days. OTA advertising budgets were wasted on underperforming campaigns. And the teams were exhausted trying to keep up.
The big chains had custom tech stacks and dedicated revenue teams. Independent hotels didn't have that luxury. So we decided to build the platform that would level the playing field.
Hotel Systems launched in 2025 with a single mission: give independent hotels access to enterprise-grade technology at a price they can afford, with results they can measure from day one.
